All
students
in
the
14-16
age
bracket
need
to
be
required
to
attend
secondary
school
for
two
years,
then
receive
a
school
diploma.
Those
having
social
problems
should
be
required
to
attend
boarding
schools
and
awarded
a
high
school
diploma
the
end
of
their
studies.
Students should also be
academically trained as well as vocationally trained.
Those
wishing
to
go
on
to
higher
education,
and
are
qualified
to
do,
should
be
given
the
option
of
acquiring
a
two-year
junior-College
associate
degree.
A
BS
or
BA
degree
then
can
be completed after an additional year of study.
Colleges
and
universities
really
need
to
be
down-sized
the
point
that
an
undergraduate
degree
can
be
completed
after
three
years
of
full-time
study.
Since
part-time
study
does
not
seem
to
have
any
intrinsic
value
to
many
students,
those
wishing
to
attend
educational
institutions
on
a
part-time
basis
could
do
so
in
the
evening
or
weekends
at
select
institutions.
Also,
the
student
population
at
the
colleges
and
universities
throughout
America
need
to
be
downsized
to
a
point
that
substantially
deflates
the
cost
of
tuition.
Flooding
America
with”
college-educated”
young
people
needs
to
be
stopped
as
well
using
local reasoning and common sense.
Public
colleges
and
universities
supported
by
taxes
in
government
spending
should
be
evaluated
regarding
their
value
to
state
residents.
Admission
requirements
could
also
be
upgraded
to
the
point
where
national
standards
apply
to
all
higher
education
institutions
nationwide
based
on
a
system
of
portfolio
evaluation
interview
and
not
by
test
scores
or
grade
evaluation.
Standardized
testing
will
be
phased
out
at
the
secondary
and
higher
education
level
after
historically
being
shown
to
be
corrupted
as
a
tool
in
assessing
a
student’s
performance
the
secondary
level
or
higher.
All
public
and
private
schools,
colleges
and
universities
will
have
a
dress
code
set
according
to
standards
for
both
men
and
women
as
a
symbol
of
maturity
and
discipline
expected
for
adults.
What
is
taught
in
any
educaional
instituion
should
be
up
to
admistrators.
Freedom
of
speech
will
not
be
controlled by the government.
Realistically,
although
many
of
these
observations
and
perspectives
are
certainly
viable
for
solving
some
of
the
most
intractable
problems
facing
a
new
epoch
of
human
history,
logical
reasoning
and
common
sense
would
suggest
that
information
technology
and
a
host
of
social
problems
facing
the
American
people
require
leadership,
the
likes
of
which
have
not
been
seen
for
a
long
time.

Intelligence plus character

Our problems are man-made and therefore can be solved by men. (JFK)

Some
suggestions

infuse
the

fresh
